Hello Beautiful Souls! I am, Ceah Justice, Founder of Sister Tribe. This platform was birthed from my personal journey and the sisters I met along the way. In my 25 years of corporate experience I have had an opportunity to travel and live across North America. In many of these spaces I was the "first" and/or "only" and struggled to find a place where I felt I belonged. With each move, I was blessed to cross paths with some amazing women who supported, inspired, empowered, and encouraged me.
They created safe spaces for me to be vulnerable, to learn and grow without judgement.
Provided me with coaching that allowed me to create life changing habits and break generational curses. They instilled in me the importance of walking in purpose and the power of authenticity.
Their influence helped me to shift to a growth mindset, dumping self-limiting beliefs that impacted my thoughts and created actions. These phenomenal women showed me the power of mentorship, sisterhood, and togetherness. More importantly I learned the power in serving others and sharing knowledge to unite, elevate and empower other women. I wouldn't be the authentic dope soul I am today without the many lessons, unwavering support, compassion, grace, and unconditional love of my sister tribes.
Every woman needs a tribe as a constant source of strength and support. It is my vision to create a community where black and brown women can come together in a safe space, to learn, grow and offer resources and support. As women, our souls crave connection and belonging. When we connect deeply with other like-minded women, we connect deeply with ourselves. Our female ancestor's survival depended on the strong bonds they had with women within their tribes. They were a sisterhood of support, encouragement, and power for one another. While roles and responsibilities have shifted for the modern-day woman, the need for support is still a necessity.
To all the women in my life, past and present, whose shoulders I have stood on, who supported me and pulled me out of some dark places, who saw a light in me when I didn't see it in myself...
THANK YOU! I dedicate this sisterhood to you. It is my heart's desire to recreate for others what you unselfishly gave to me!
Be blessed. Be awesome. Most importantly Be You!
I love yall,
